REMEMBER: REST AND RECOVER
Different coaches, trainers, books, and experts can sometimes have different theories and training methods to help us amateurs learn how to be faster and more powerful on the bike. The one constant that I’ve discovered regardless of where a training plan comes from is the importance of rest and recovery. Don’t burn out yet dudes .. it’s not even March. Don’t forget to take a day off, there’s a ton of new content on Netflix. Don’t forget to keep it at Zone 2 once in a while either. Here’s to an amazing season.
